The atmosphere became quiet after Laverne's words. They are having trouble trusting the faction head.
Shaking my head, I continued to eat the food.
Ernest and Laverne seem to understand the change in mood as well. So they have decided to not talk about this matter.
After having breakfast, we walked out of the dining hall. Ernest turned toward me.
