Li Luo raised his eyebrows when Qin Yi finished her question. After all this time, she was the first opponent that had managed to figure out one of his secrets after such a short fight.

Despite what was said, Li Luo's eyes lit up for a second as he took a glance at the crimson bracelet on his wrist. If he really borrowed the power of the Three-tailed Heavenly Wolf now, could he finally threaten her? He knew that Qin Yi was no ordinary foe. She was the most unfathomable opponent that he had come across to date. Given her special background, it would not be surprising if she had some secret trick up her sleeve to save herself in times of danger.

"Why have you stopped your attacks, Fairy Qin?" Li Luo continued with a grin.
Qin Yi sighed a little and replied, "I was originally planning to dispose of you before Lady Li Lingjing arrived. I thought it wouldn't take up too much time. However, it seems like I've underestimated you."
"I am sure you still have secret moves that you've yet to reveal."
Qin Yi chuckled lightly. Her pure, white skin radiated holiness and her stunning beauty easily bewitched everyone present. "Aren’t you hiding your killer move too? I heard that the Duke Art you used to defeat the energy replica of your father during the Battle of the Dragon's Head is truly terrifying."
Li Luo pouted in response. Qin Yi had even learned of this... Which diehard fan of hers had leaked it out? Nonetheless, Qin Yi was cunning and quick-witted. All she had done until now was test his strength. If she had an easy way to take him down, it would have turned into a real fight.

Zhu Dayu stared back at Li Luo resentfully. This guy had referred to him as “Brother” a moment ago. Now that he saw so many people chasing after him, he changed his tone and addressed him formally immediately.
"Brother Li, I did not do anything to them. They're also not willing to communicate with anyone. Something strange is going on," Zhu Dayu explained in a hurry.
In fact, Li Luo had sensed it even before he finished his sentence. The eerie and blank stares from these people had already locked onto him as well.
They were definitely not ordinary.

"Of course not! I was simply kidding… I'd never do something as shameful as having two men team up against a single lady," Li Luo quibbled. Qin Yi was left speechless at his shameless response, but it was indeed true that these strange people gave her an uneasy feeling.
"Let's deal with them first."

In a quiet hallway, Li Lingjing was whistling a tune as she walked with both her hands behind her back. Suddenly, she paused in her tracks. She raised her head and stared into the shadows far ahead.
There was a figure that did not really seem like a living human quietly standing there. His eyeballs were wriggling slowly as he watched Li Lingjing in silence.
"What a disgusting aura," Li Lingjing said in a low voice as she looked at him.
The figure slowly walked out of the shadows. Strange, black worms wriggled out of his eyeballs as he stared at Li Lingjing intently. There appeared to be miniature human faces on the heads of the tiny worms, each one grinning.
A cold and hoarse voice came from his mouth.
"Number Three, let me consume you."
