The light and darkness split the hall into two regions, with Li Luo sitting on the dividing line.

Jiang Qing'e had always held an impressive and domineering presence amongst her peers. Few were able to remain unfazed under her sharp gaze. However, Li Lingjing had not shown any signs of wavering on her beautiful face.
In fact, she had tightened her grip on her Aquamarine Bamboo Python Staff in response.
In the end, Jiang Qing'e did not attack her directly. The girl was strange, but she had ultimately done no harm to Li Luo nor taken him hostage.

"Li Luo is my fiance," Jiang Qing'e replied in a direct and calm voice, establishing their relationship.

However, she did not know if Li Luo was lying about it or not, so she always had her doubts.

Soon, it reached all parts of her body. The light beams around her glowed even brighter as a result.
She kneeled down in front of Li Luo and looked at his face. His handsome face had aged compared to the time they last saw each other. Then her smile grew and her eyes lit up in delight.
"Li Luo, we finally meet again."
Jiang Qing'e stared at him for a good, long while. Then Li Luo's eyes moved a little and slowly opened up.
An unforgettable and charming face was reflected in his slightly dazed eyes.
