Chairman Kang Ui-sik arrived at the Blue House bunker and received a stack of documents from the President.
“This is the translated version of the document from the Russian Embassy in Korea.”

The document also demanded all Korean military forces to withdraw from Russian territory. If they did not, then the Korean forces will be considered as insurgents that have invaded their own territory, and Russia will take military action.
