“You don’t have confidence in me?” Jiang Ming asked.
“It’s not that I don’t have confidence in you. It’s just that you’ve never shown your true strength in front of me, so how am I supposed to know how good you are?” Linglong said with a pout.
“But I know how good you are,” Jiang Meng went closer and whispered into her ear.

“I…” Linglong stammered, looking worried and fearful.
“Don’t worry. With me by your side, no one will be able to hurt you!” Jiang Ming said, “Now, tell me what’s going on.”
He waved his hand and transferred Xi Yao, Chang Yiming, and Momo away, leaving both of them on the rooftop only.
Judging from his junior sister’s combat prowess and cultivation level, it must be something big since she was so hesitant.
