The Weaver of Existence achieved something that should have been utterly impossible for him as he released the regality of the Existential Omniversal Emperor Lineage to cause the very existence of a Basileus to come to a halt, and he used this chance to squeeze into their Dominium before devouring everything for himself!
It was an achievement that only made his fable grander, but among the prompts of Loot cascading down, there was one of utter unfamiliarity that his will honed in on.
Something termed the Entry Neonate License to the Existential Imperium Exchange.
A semblance of a Dominium Rule erupted within Noah's Origin as the light of Genesis and Chronos spread out, the flow of existence being granted a new beginning and stopped there momentarily as this span of an instant…continued as everything slowly became frozen.

Within the depths of his Origin, his will then reached out to Loot that he had just obtained.

Noah manifested a visage of himself within this Haven that made him as above a field of sandy dream light, a dazzling white square card descended.
His will gazed at it with care and caution as his Dominium sent tendrils of his will into it, the crystalline white card pulsing with light as it pulled him into a new weaving of existence and record!
This card alone seemed to contain its own separate weavings of Existence and Records as it was something held by Basileus Moraine- and it didn't seem to be held en masse by other Basileus.
Very quickly, information flowed within Noah's mind as his Dominium Will appeared in an entirely separate space.

After the flow of information, Noah found his will surrounded by wondrous neon light as he appeared in the middle of a vast space.
And in front of him, the outlines of massive neon circular structures could be seen, with only four being lit up brightly and accessible to his will as all others were grayed out!
The four that were placed right in front of him had massive white doors radiating brilliance at the center, with radiant neon banners signifying what they were carved in the forefront of the circular building.
They read brilliantly.

Noah's eyes shone as he looked at the four structures, many thoughts and possibilities passing through his mind as he seemed to have stumbled onto an important tool of the Imperium.
A tool that he needed to understand thoroughly as the next thing he did was float towards the structure reading {Marketplace}!

His surroundings changed and fluctuated once more as brand new Records revealed themselves.

Noah smiled as his will delved into the area of Existential Constructs, and an illusory square screen listing a great deal of things rose up as it listed many things!

Rows and rows of unique constructs unfolded before Noah's eyes as he went through all of them, many were produced by certain Enclaves of the Imperium as their uses were numerous!

Noah thought of the Existential Automatons that were already in the process of being created from his breakdown of Dikastes of Extremity, how inexpensive it was for him to design them with the aid of the Infinite Hyperversal Haven…all of this and more made his senses tingle as in this path, there lay a great deal of Fruits of Existence.

He seemed to be following the lead of Loot as his eyes bathed in a golden brilliance and went towards the Miscellaneous section.
